Mass SMS issues - 13/08/2024

We are aware of issues with the Mass SMS functionality, where messages are being blocked and so not delivered to clients where the SMS message contains the word 'drug' or drug names. This is being looked into. When using the Mass SMS functionality in the meantime, please ensure that the message does not contain the word 'drug' or drug names - and once the message has been sent, check the client record to confirm they have the 'SMS Delivered' Contact.

An update will be provided here once we know more.
